
Here is my odd way of ending the course, again (see last May).
This photo is almost exactly 30 years old and since it is a southbound train, but not quite the end, I thought it worked for me. Cabooses normally bring up the rear but this one doesn't, holding out promise for the future I suppose. The letters "FW&D" stand for Fort Worth and Denver Railroad (I lived north of Denver then).
Why would I pick something with relevance to Texas? I wonder...
Good luck to all. I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone on this course. Let's hope Theresa can pull this sort of thing off again!

What a cool last entry . . . at least for now. I love the train both as metaphor and representation of Texas. Thanks for the challenge of trying to keep you challenged. I learned so much from you. I love that the Mindstorms alternative assignment was driving you crazy!! :-)This is definitely not the end. Even if we don't formalize anything through another grad course, let's keep each other challenged via email or other means.
